Upon choosing your selections, we'll discuss payment options. Whether you prefer to pay in full or explore a personalised payment plan, we'll find the best solution for you. Once payment is received, I'll begin designing the layout of your album.
Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive the initial design layout for your review. You'll have the opportunity to review it and request one revision before finalisation. Once approved, we'll proceed to finalise your fabric and color selections.
Allow 4-6 weeks for printing and binding, and I'll ensure prompt delivery to your doorstep.

Yes, you certainly can! Please note that my top package includes a wedding album at reduced cost. If you are leaning towards getting an album, I highly recommend booking Package 1 for the most value.
Can I purchase an album after our wedding?
Absolutely! I provide albums to both my clients and anyone who would like an album designed by me. Simply share your online gallery link, and I'll start designing your wedding album.
I'm not a client. Can I still order an album through you?
When you order, I create the first layout, focusing on your wedding story. I pick the best photos to tell your tale. You can then review and make changes using my easy online tool. You get one chance to revise before we print, ensuring you're happy with the design.
How does the album design work?
Sure thing! While I'll design the initial layout, feel free to share your preferred photos with me by simply heart reacting your favourites on your online gallery.
We have some favrourite images. Can we include these?
Your album is printed on fine art cotton matte paper using pigment-based inks for long-lasting archival quality to ensure your album lasts for generations to come.
What paper is my album printed on?
Once you've placed your order, expect the initial design and layout to be sent to you within 10-15 business days. Revisions and layout changes typically take 4-5 business days, and once your order is sent to my printers, production usually takes around 30 business days.
How long does it take?
Each book is made by hand using high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity. To keep your book in top condition, avoid exposing it to food, drinks, rough surfaces, or sharp objects. Handle it with clean hands and refrain from using nails to turn pages. Store your book flat at room temperature, away from humidity and direct sunlight, to prevent damage. For page care, try using a clean white eraser to gently remove marks. Pat dry any spills and allow the pages to dry flat.
How do I care for my album?
Yes, I do! I offer several payment plan options to suit your needs. For more information, please reach out and we can set up a payment plan for you.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
I'm sorry, but I don't offer refunds on custom-made albums since each one is personalised for you. Before printing, I make sure you're completely satisfied by having you approve the internal pages and cover design. If your album arrives damaged or there's an error that wasn't approved by you, I'll replace it for free.
